Cocktails are BACK!! Limited offerings to keep things simple. Consumption of alcohol is only permitted on front patio, where we have 9 tables. So please, come enjoy a cocktail and also be considerate of others wanting to do the same. Salud!

Heyo! We're back to our regular-ish hours now ... 11A-9P Tues-Sun and both front and back outdoor patios are open and we have new takeout serving bowls so you can eat at your table a little more elegantly :P up to the minute menu is on our online ordering portal above! cheers!

Going to short staff hours for the rest of the week. Closed Mondays and 3-9PM otherwise! Current hours will always be on the website for reference. Will shoot to resume regular hours next week, cheers, thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience :)

Small update today … starting immediately we will be closing Mondays to give our team the chance to rest up and catch up. Because we’re running a smaller crew and bubbling the 2 teams separately, people are stretched too thin to be able to do 7 days at this time. We’ll look to re-open Mondays when we can! Thanks so much for all your support!

Spork Phase Two is here! Thanks again for all your support! We’ve added back most of our previous menu now and a couple online specials a day (check online ordering portal above for up to the minute offerings). And starting today we’re opening our front patio for diners and finding spots for outdoor tables around the building. During daytime hours we’ll be doing food on plates as in the good old days! ;) 11-5 (for now) we’ll do patio dining and run food to you out there. 5pm to close the patio will be open to you but we’ll be doing just takeout boxing during the evenings because the takeout and online ordering has been so busy. Bathrooms are open and please feel free to walk thru the building if you want. Trailer out back will still be the interface. Thanks so much and we’re so happy to be seeing everyone! Cheers!

Hello! We are excited to have the trailer back in action and have been having fun refining our takeout ops. While it is allowable to be open for dine-in business at this time, we are choosing to take things a little more slowly. We will be continuing with takeout for the time being as we continue to work on things and take care of our staff and refine our systems for doing lots of takeout safely and efficiently
Current hours are 3pm - 8pm
Starting Monday, May 25th, 11am - 9pm
We added online ordering on our website (sporkbend dot com) and it's never been easier! You can also reach us by phone (541 390 0946) or come by in person, out back in the parking lot. We are trying to give people a sense of ticket times but please understand that if 50 people all put their order in online right at 7PM on a Friday, they can stack up and create some unpredictable ticket times. Thanks for your understanding and support and appreciation, and for all your efforts and understanding in keeping yourselves, ourselves, and the community safe and healthy. :)
